Vunani Property Investment Fund (VPIF) is a property investment fund formed to invest directly in income producing properties that offer the additional potential for capital appreciation
VPIF was formed in 2006 when Vunani (50.2%) and Hyprop (49.8%) pooled two portfolios of commercial properties into a property fund with the intention of growing the fund
The portfolio comprises 21 A grade properties with 74% of tenants being "blue chip". The management team has 50 years experience in the industry and have managed the fund since inception.
